Happy Talk Tots
Happy Talk Tots is a fun, play-based class for children ages 1–3 years. Each 45-minute session features a new weekly theme, including Barnyard Bash, Under the Ocean, Over the Rainbow, and more!
Classes include sensory play, music, singing and signing, and engaging activities that support early speech, language, and social development.
Led by Speech and Language Pathologist Darlene Sarris.

Meet your instructor!
Hi, I’m Darlene! I am a Speech-Language Pathologist with a bachelor's degree in Child Study and Speech Communication and a master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. My professional experience includes working as a school-based SLP serving preschool and elementary-aged children, helping them develop communication, language, and social skills.
I am passionate about supporting children's growth through engaging and meaningful learning experiences. The music, language, and sign language classes I provide offer opportunities for children to strengthen communication skills while building confidence, connection, and a love of learning.
Born and raised in New York, I bring both professional expertise and personal perspective to my work as a mother of three children. My experiences in both education and parenting have reinforced my belief that every child learns best in a supportive, encouraging, and enriching environment.
I look forward to partnering with families and helping children discover the many ways they can communicate, learn, and thrive.
